The product is well made and serves its intended purpose well. Stainless steel looks like of good quality, however make sure you clean the unit thoroughly before first use. I saw grease inside the cylinder and the base where the cylinder is threaded in is not polished and clean. This product enables one handed use, once the cylinder is empty you can retract the presser in one go by pressing the knob above and pulling.
